The Xantrex Freedon SW2024 Inverter/Charger is a second generation model which has been completely redesigned so that it can include all the same features that were present in its high power counterpart. One of the key features is Generator support mode where freedom SW is enabled to supplement a generator when AC loads exceed the generator's capacity.

The inverter has some additional features like improved AC transfer, AC input detection time, providing the ability to transfer AC loads to batteries in less than 10 milliseconds when the incoming grid or generator power is lost. The charger is specially designed for various mobile applications like commercial, emergency and recreational vehicles, marine vessels, construction and military equipment.
